Attic Noise Wind

I had square plastic roof vents installed when the roof was reshingled 3 years ago.

When the wind is blowing against your roof or your attic sidewalls the pressure of the wind is causing the wood framing to flex. During my inspection the inspector said that insulation was blown. The wood sheathing could be rubbing against the trusses and you could be getting noise from wood rubbing against metal fasteners. I am having a problem with wind noise in my master bedroom.
